Not necessarily. Many clients train at home, outdoors, or on the road. We design programs that use whatever space and equipment you have—or suggest minimal gear to get started.


Can I receive an invoice for my program

Yes. All programs and packages are billed via invoice, giving you clear documentation for personal records or reimbursement through eligible wellness benefits.
